Device controls

Power: Turn device on and off using the power button. When not in use, we recommend keeping power off (unit may remain plugged in). When powered on, the start button will glowsteady blue.

Start/Stop/Pause: Begin a session by pressing the “start” button. A session lasts 10 minutes. To pause a session, press the “start” button again. The start button will blink. You may pause a session for up to 10 minutes, pressing “start” again to resume and complete your session. If you pause for longer than 10 minutes, the device will reset.

Note: When the blue light is blinking, the device is connecting to wi-fi or downloading firmware updates. Once the blue light has stopped blinking, the device is ready for use.

Intensity: Dial the vibration intensity up or down to your comfort level. We recommend higher intensity for large/tall adults, and lower intensity for those with smaller frames and lower body mass.

Changing intensity does NOT change the vibration frequency, which is calibrated to 80Hz for all sessions and intensity levels.

Connecting to wifi

Connecting your device to WiFi ensures your device receives firmware updates to operate optimally. Without connecting to WiFi (or if WiFi becomes disconnected), the device will operate only 100 sessions and stop. If your device unexpectedly stops working, check that it is connected to WiFi.

Return instructions

Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning a Unit, including shipping, packaging, boxes, packing materials, and packing services, unless Cove by Neuronova agrees otherwise in writing.

To initiate a return, Customer must contact Cove by Neuronova and follow the return instructions provided. Customer must deliver the Unit to the designated carrier within 10 days after contacting Cove to request the return.

Cove by Neuronova may provide a return shipping label for tracking purposes. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Customer is responsible for the cost of the label and all other return-related expenses.

Return packaging

Customer may either pack the Unit themselves or use a professional packing service. Cove recommends using a professional packing service that provides packaging protection or a packing guarantee whenever available.

If Customer packs the Unit themselves, Cove cannot guarantee protection against damage that occurs during return shipment. Customer remains responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment, except to the extent covered by a carrier's applicable packing guarantee or shipping insurance.

The Unit should be packed using a 24" × 24" × 24" shipping box with sufficient protective and void-fill materials to prevent significant movement during transit. Detailed customer packing instructions are provided below.

Estimated Packing Costs

Customer-packed: Approximately $25 or more for a 24" × 24" × 24" box and required packing materials.
