Returns & warranty policy

At Cove, we stand behind the quality of our product. If the product has a manufacturer defect or requires service within policy and usage guidelines, we’ll work to fix it and/or provide a suitable replacement. 

Please review the details below before purchasing.

Purchases (one-time sales)

All one-time purchases of Cove products are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

We encourage customers to review all product information and reach out with any questions prior to purchasing. Note that one-time product purchases may also require ongoing subscriptions for additional services such as app usage, reporting, and content.

Rentals

If you are enrolled in a product rental plan:

- Payments are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified at checkout), billed in advance
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle
- Cancellation will stop future charges but does not refund past payments
- You are responsible for maintaining the product in good condition
- The device must be returned if your rental is canceled, following provided return instructions
- Failure to return the device may result in additional charges
- Subscriptions may include a partially refundable deposit due at time of rental, along with first-month payment. Partially-refundable deposits are refunded only after the product has been returned and verified in good condition by Cove. Depending on the language and term of your rental agreement, you may be responsible for return shipping. See terms of your rental agreement.

If your plan includes a minimum commitment period, you are responsible for completing that term before cancellation takes effect.

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, we will make it right.

To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- Include photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you, including shipping.

Warranty

Cove products are covered by a limited 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Product malfunctions under normal, intended use

This warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

If a defect arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

If you receive the wrong item or are missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Limitation

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
