Shipping — We ship via FedEx. Most orders deliver within 5–7 business days from when they ship. Shipping costs typically range from $100–$300 depending on your location, and exact pricing is shown at checkout. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
The tracking information you receive in your shipping confirmation email is the same information our team has access to.
Warranty — The Cove Device is covered under a limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and issues related to normal use. If something isn't working as expected, contact our support team and we'll troubleshoot, repair, or replace your unit based on the terms of the warranty.
Returns — We do not currently offer a traditional trial period or money-back guarantee on outright purchases. If you'd prefer a low-commitment way to experience the chair first, see our $99/month rental program. Most customers start there.

Care instructions
Wipe down the seating surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or solvents, which can damage the upholstery finish. Do not submerge any part of the device in water or spray liquid directly onto the control panel or motor housing. Allow the device to fully dry before the next use.
Keep the Device indoors in a climate-controlled space. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade upholstery over time.
